Kebijakan Privasi — FINNESS
FINNESS adalah aplikasi pencatatan keuangan bisnis kecil. Aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan data pribadi dan tidak mengirim data ke server mana pun — kami tidak mengoperasikan server.
1. Data yang disimpan
Semua data yang kamu masukkan — akun & saldo, produk & harga, kategori, transaksi, utang-piutang, nama pelanggan/vendor, dan pengaturan (nama bisnis, bahasa, mata uang, tema) — disimpan lokal di perangkatmu dalam database SQLite di penyimpanan privat aplikasi.
2. Layanan pihak ketiga
- Google Fonts. Saat pertama dijalankan, aplikasi dapat mengunduh font “Plus Jakarta Sans” dari server Google lalu menyimpannya di cache. Tidak ada data pribadi yang dikirim; ini permintaan unduh font biasa.
- Android Auto Backup. Android dapat mencadangkan data aplikasi ke Google Drive akun kamu sendiri (folder tersembunyi, terenkripsi saat transit). Kami tidak punya akses ke sana. Nonaktifkan lewat Setelan → Sistem → Cadangan.
- Google Play Billing. Pembelian opsional “FINNESS Pro” (sekali bayar) diproses sepenuhnya oleh Google Play. Kami tidak pernah melihat data pembayaranmu; aplikasi hanya menyimpan penanda lokal bahwa pembelian sudah dilakukan. Penanganan transaksi oleh Google tunduk pada kebijakan privasi Google.
3. Backup, pulihkan, ekspor
File backup (.json) dan ekspor CSV hanya ditulis ke lokasi yang kamu pilih lewat pemilih file Android. Aplikasi tidak meminta izin penyimpanan.
4. Penyimpanan dan penghapusan data
Data tersimpan di perangkatmu sampai kamu menghapusnya: hapus item di dalam aplikasi, pulihkan backup lain, atau copot aplikasi (penyimpanan privatnya ikut terhapus).
5. Anak-anak
Aplikasi tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun.

FINNESS (“the App”) is a business financial log & report application for small business owners. The App does not collect personal information and does not transmit any data to our servers — we do not operate any backend server.
1. Information we store
Everything you enter — accounts and balances, products and prices, categories, transactions, receivables and debts, customer/vendor names, and app settings (business name, language, currency, theme) — is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database inside the App's private storage.
2. Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The App may download the “Plus Jakarta Sans” font from Google's servers the first time it runs and caches it. No personal data is sent; the request is a plain font download.
- Android Auto Backup. Android may back up the App's data to your personal Google Drive (hidden app-data folder, encrypted in transit). We have no access to it. Disable via Settings → System → Backup.
- Google Play Billing. The optional one-time “FINNESS Pro” purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details; the App only stores a local flag that the purchase was made. Google's handling of the transaction is governed by Google's privacy policy.
3. Backup, restore, export
Backup (.json) and CSV export files are written only to a location you choose through the Android file picker. The App requests no storage permission.
4. Data retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you delete it: remove items inside the App, restore another backup, or uninstall the App (which removes its private storage).
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
