TOLIST is a personal to-do, planner, habit tracker, and journaling app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. We built TOLIST to be private by default: your data lives on your device, and we do not run any server that collects it.
Your tasks, reminders, journal entries (mood, notes), and app settings are saved locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the app uses Google Sign-In and the Google Calendar API to read your account email address (to identify the account) and read/write calendar events in a calendar named "TOLIST", so your tasks and calendar stay in sync.
This data flows directly between your device and Google's servers. We do not receive or store it on any server of ours. You can disconnect anytime in Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect, and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
TOLIST's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Voice input uses your device's built-in speech recognition (provided by your operating system). Audio is processed by that OS service to convert speech to text; the app only receives the resulting text and does not store audio recordings.
Reminders and the nightly journal nudge are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.
The one-time Pro purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details — Google handles all payment information.

TOLIST is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
