ERPOS (“the App”) is a point-of-sale and ERP application developed for food & beverage merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is stored, and the choices available to you.

The App does not collect personal information about you (the merchant using the App) and does not transmit any data to our servers — we do not operate any backend server.
The App stores the following information locally on your device so that you can run your business:
All of the above is stored in a local SQLite database within the App’s private storage directory on your device.
The App integrates with the following services:
When you purchase the Pro upgrade, Google Play handles payment processing. We never see your credit card or payment details. Google Play returns only a purchase token confirming your entitlement. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
Android’s built-in Auto Backup feature may upload the App’s data (database + settings) to your personal Google Drive in a hidden folder managed by the operating system. This backup is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and tied to your Google account. We do not have access to it.
You can disable Auto Backup at any time via: Android Settings → System → Backup → toggle off.
The App uses Bluetooth to connect to compatible ESC/POS thermal printers for receipt printing. Bluetooth permissions are only used to scan for and pair with printers. No data is collected from or about other Bluetooth devices.
All business data stays on your device until you delete it. The App provides a built-in “Hapus Semua Data” (Delete All Data) option in Settings that permanently removes all customers, products, transactions, and accounting records.
Uninstalling the App will also remove all locally stored data (subject to Android’s Auto Backup behavior described in section 2.2).

The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or any other personal data.
The App is intended for adult merchants (age 18+) running food & beverage businesses. The App does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Auto Backup dapat dinonaktifkan kapan saja melalui: Setelan Android → Sistem → Pencadangan → matikan.
Aplikasi menggunakan Bluetooth untuk koneksi ke printer thermal ESC/POS guna mencetak struk. Izin Bluetooth hanya digunakan untuk scan & pair printer.
Semua data bisnis tersimpan di perangkat Anda sampai Anda menghapusnya. Aplikasi menyediakan opsi “Hapus Semua Data” di Settings yang menghapus permanen seluruh data customer, barang jadi, transaksi, dan jurnal.
Menghapus instal Aplikasi juga menghapus semua data lokal (tergantung perilaku Auto Backup di section 2.2).

Aplikasi tidak meminta akses ke kontak, kamera, mikrofon, lokasi, atau data pribadi lainnya.
Aplikasi ditujukan untuk merchant dewasa (18+) yang menjalankan usaha makanan & minuman. Aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan data dari anak-anak.
Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini sewaktu-waktu. Perubahan akan tercermin pada tanggal “Terakhir diperbarui” di atas.
