Privacy Policy — HPPin

HPPin (“the App”, package app.hppin.com) is a cost-of-goods (HPP) and selling-price calculator for small food and beverage businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is stored, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information about you and does not transmit your data to our servers — we do not operate any backend server. The App works fully offline and requires no account.

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

Business data you input: ingredients and packaging (purchase prices, pack sizes, price history), recipes, monthly business costs, sales channels and their fees, selling prices, stock counts and stock-take records, and your shopping list.
Application settings: your nickname and business name (optional, used only for the home-screen greeting), theme, dark mode, and label color.
In-app purchase state: a flag indicating whether you have purchased HPPin Pro via Google Play.

All of the above is stored in a local SQLite database within the App’s private storage directory on your device. We have no access to it.

2. Third-Party Services

2.1 Google Play Billing

When you purchase HPPin Pro, Google Play handles payment processing. We never see your credit card or payment details. Google Play returns only a confirmation that the purchase was completed. See Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The App contains no advertising and no analytics/tracking SDKs. All fonts are bundled inside the App; nothing is downloaded at runtime.

3. Backups

The App provides a manual “Backup” feature that exports your data to a JSON file. You choose where this file is sent (e.g., your own Google Drive or WhatsApp) via the Android share menu. The backup file contains your business data — store it somewhere you trust. We never receive a copy. Restoring a backup replaces the data on your device after your confirmation.

Android may also back up app data automatically to your Google account, according to your device’s backup settings.

4. Data Deletion

Your data never leaves your device unless you export it yourself. To delete all data, clear the App’s storage (Android Settings → Apps → HPPin → Clear data) or uninstall the App. There is no account to close. Backup files you created are under your own control and should be deleted separately if desired.

5. Permissions

The App requests only the INTERNET and network-state permissions, used exclusively by Google Play Billing to buy or restore HPPin Pro. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, SMS, or files outside what you explicitly pick during restore.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

1. Informasi yang Kami Kumpulkan

HPPin tidak mengumpulkan informasi pribadi Anda dan tidak mengirim data Anda ke server kami — kami tidak mengoperasikan server apa pun. Aplikasi bekerja sepenuhnya offline dan tanpa akun.

Data berikut disimpan hanya di perangkat Anda: bahan dan kemasan (harga beli, isi kemasan, riwayat harga), resep, biaya bulanan usaha, tempat jualan dan potongannya, harga jual, stok dan stok opname, daftar belanja, serta pengaturan aplikasi (nama panggilan, nama usaha, tema, mode gelap). Status pembelian HPPin Pro disimpan sebagai penanda lokal. Semuanya berada di database SQLite di penyimpanan privat aplikasi — kami tidak punya akses.

2. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

Google Play Billing — memproses pembayaran HPPin Pro. Kami tidak pernah melihat detail pembayaran Anda.

Aplikasi tidak memuat iklan dan tidak memakai SDK analitik/pelacak. Semua font sudah ada di dalam aplikasi; tidak ada unduhan saat dipakai.

3. Cadangan

Fitur “Cadangkan” mengekspor data Anda ke file JSON, dan Anda sendiri yang memilih tujuannya (mis. Google Drive atau WhatsApp) lewat menu bagikan Android. Kami tidak pernah menerima salinannya. Memulihkan cadangan akan mengganti data di perangkat setelah konfirmasi Anda.

4. Penghapusan Data

Hapus data aplikasi (Pengaturan Android → Aplikasi → HPPin → Hapus data) atau copot pemasangan HPPin. Tidak ada akun yang perlu ditutup. File cadangan yang pernah Anda buat berada dalam kendali Anda sendiri.

5. Izin Aplikasi

Hanya izin INTERNET dan status jaringan, dipakai Google Play Billing untuk membeli atau memulihkan HPPin Pro. Tidak mengakses kontak, lokasi, kamera, SMS, maupun file selain yang Anda pilih sendiri saat memulihkan cadangan.
